New construction commitments include:
- SR 32 in Brown County - $3.9 million: New interchange between Brooks-Malott and Bodman Roads, construction begins June 2023
- I-75 and County Road 99 in Hancock County - $23.9 million: Reconstruct existing interchange to a Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI), construction begins June 2024
- State Route 32 in Clermont County - $8.4 million: New interchange at Glen-Este Withamsville Road, construction begins April 2024
- US 24 and County Road 17D in Henry County - $13 million: New Tight Diamond Interchange, construction begins in 2025
- US 33 and Pickerington Road in Fairfield County - $47 million: New interchange (Governor’s 150 Safety Project) construction begins May 2025
- Bridge Street (State Route 159) in Ross County - $7.1 million: Add lane; intersection improvements; improvements at US 35 interchange; construction begins March 2025
- State Route 7 (Chesapeake Bypass) in Lawrence County - $31.4 million: Project constructs new two-lane 5-mile roadway from SR 527 interchange to SR 775; funds Phase 2A, earthwork construction, and drainage work; construction begins February 2025
- West 25th Street, MetroHealth Bus Line in Cuyahoga County - $12 million: Implement Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) for approximately four miles, construction begins in 2025
- US 6 Connectivity Corridor in Erie County - $5.3 million: Roadway improvements between City of Sandusky and City of Huron, construction begins April 2026
- I-75 (Thru the Valley) in Hamilton County - $67.5 million: Replace railroad bridge, including substructure for final realignment of exit ramp to Galbraith Road, construction begins in 2026

- Fostoria Rail Grade Separation in Seneca County - $2.5 million: Study feasibility of grade separation at S. Town Street in City of Fostoria
- US 224 (SR 7 to Tiffany Boulevard) in Mahoning County - $3 million: Preliminary engineering activities to implement safety and capacity improvements
- US 23 Corridor (Waldo to Delaware) in Delaware County - $15 million: Preliminary engineering activities to implement roadway improvements
- I-270 and I-71 in Franklin County - $2 million: Detailed design activities to implement ramp/interstate improvements
- US 23 and SR 762 in Pickaway County - $8 million: Preliminary engineering and detailed designed activities for a new interchange
- US 33 Widening in Athens/Meigs County - $6.04 million: Preliminary engineering and detailed designed activities to implement widening
- SR 13 in Knox County - $3.3 million: Right-of-way activities to implement relocation of SR 13
- US 33 Corridor (Refugee Road to Fairfield County Line) in Franklin County - $19 million: Preliminary engineering activities to implement roadway improvements and a new interchange at Bixby Road
TRAC operates on an annual application cycle. At the completion of the application process TRAC members vote on the approval of the Major New Construction Program List of funding commitments for preliminary engineering, detailed design, right-of-way, and project construction.
