Northeast Credit Union’s senior leadership team and Board Members along with Robert Carrier, the Mayor of Dover, and executives from PROCON’s design-build team, Tidemark, Kane Company, Maugel DeStefano Architects, and law firm Sheehan Phinney all gathered for a “wall smashing” ceremony at the future headquarters. During the event, participants had a first look at renderings and designs before taking sledgehammers to walls to mark the start of the demolition process.

The cutting-edge facility represents a milestone in our journey, providing our dedicated team members with an environment designed to promote inclusion, communication, and collaboration, amongst many other things, while empowering our team to enhance our service to our valued members and the communities we proudly serve.”
The future headquarters will offer facilities and amenities throughout the four-story building, including employee training rooms, a cafeteria, fitness center, outdoor spaces, car charging stations, and nearby walking and biking trails. The new design will also have an emphasis on incorporating natural elements and light, hybrid workstations, and an environment that fosters collaboration and creativity.

PROCON is the architect and design-builder for the exterior renovations. The exterior of the building underwent a complete transformation by PROCON’s design team, who incorporated new materials and expansive windows to reflect the New Hampshire vernacular. Maugel DeStefano Architects is leading the interior transformation efforts with focus on creating an environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.
